EVENING FLOOR MANAGER
Gymfinity International’s Floor Manager is our face of the gym, and all-around assistant. They are responsible for making all members of our gym family feel at home and taken care of. Their primary task is ensuring optimal customer service, while assisting families, coaches, and athletes, to create the most productive and enjoyable gym atmosphere. No gymnastics experience necessary, this is the prime teamwork position perfect for people who are natural “helpers” with interest in creating a happy, enthusiastic, and motivating environment.
RECREATIONAL AND PRESCHOOL CLASS COACHES
Gymfinity International’s Recreational program is the foundation of our gym and includes high-energy and engaging classes for young athletes. Our coaches are responsible for teaching foundational gymnastics, fostering a love of the sport, and growing lifelong teamwork and positive character life skills in preschool and beginner athletes, by leading, demonstrating, and physically spotting athletes through shapes and skills while creating a fun, enthusiastic, and motivating environment.
As a Coach for Gymfinity International you will be responsible for working with staff to deliver high quality programming to athletes. You will positively impact their lives using lesson plans developed by the Recreational Program Director. Class opportunities are available from 8-16 hours per week.
INTERMEDIATE TEAM COACH
Gymfinity International’s Intermediate Team Coach is responsible for teaching and lesson planning intermediate competitive gymnastics (equivalent to US levels 3-6, German levels AK7-9 / LK2-3.) Our coaches foster a love of the sport, and grow lifelong teamwork and positive character life skills in intermediate athletes, with a commitment to their athlete’s whole-health, safety, and progress, while creating a fun, enthusiastic, and motivating environment.
