Ande has been involved in gymnastics her entire life in every role from gymnast, to coach, to manager, to judge, and has a true passion for the sport and it’s athletes. She began coaching 17 years ago after retiring as a gymnast, and has coached or managed programs in 12 total gyms. She is a certified USAG and USAIGC/IAIGC Judge, Meet Director, member of the US National Association of Women’s Gymnastics Judges, and has had the privilege of working alongside many of the gymnastics industry’s top professionals. She also is the mother of gymnasts, allowing her to understand the sport from a parenting perspective. Ande has a B.A. in Graphic Communications, and deployed with the US Army to Afghanistan as a Public Affairs Journalist. Her experience as a Veteran helps her understand the unique circumstances that military families face. Ande has completed her ninth and final PCS, is married to a JAG Officer, and has five children. She is living in Germany for the third time, where she has fulfilled her lifelong dream of opening a gymnastics academy. Ande’s mission in creating Gymfinity is to develop each athlete’s potential, enriching their lives through gymnastics and positive relationships, creating confident, healthy athletes with a lifelong dedication to sport and wellness.
Developmental Program Director
Michaela spent her early years in North Carolina and Japan where her father was stationed with the US Marines. Her family settled in Fredericksburg, Virginia, where she grew up in the gym. She began coaching preschool classes at Stafford Gymnastics when she was 15, and quickly developed her coaching skills to include all ages and levels in the recreational program. After moving to Charlottesville, VA, Michaela coached gymnastics, tumbling, and adult classes, as well as assisted with gym administrative and program development, at Classics Gymnastics. Michaela has a B.A. in English with a Psychology minor from the University of Virginia. She loves reading, singing, and her cat, Dahlia. She moved to Germany to head the Developmental Program, and is extremely excited to continue her coaching adventures at Gymfinity International!
Head Coach: Starburst, Supernova, and Galaxy
Zach is from Montana originally, where he coached a gymnastics team for 7 years. He also has 6 years of gymnastics program design and development, as well as 12 years of dance training. Zach is passionate about developing the reputation of gymnastics globally through the implementation of solid foundations with an emphasis on fun. Zach is a friendly, approachable guy who loves building relationships with the families of the athletes he coaches.
Head Beam Coach, Team Coach
Missy is a former USA Rhythmic Gymnastics National Team member. She has 13 years of gymnastics training and 20 years of dance training. She started coaching Rhythmic in 2006 and Artistic Gymnastics in 2011. Before moving to Germany, she was a head coach for levels 2 through 4, compulsory levels beam and floor coach, and an XCEL head coach. She helped manage and develop a ballet and dance program for all girls, boys, and the XCEL team. Missy has a BA in Dance and a BA in Theatre Design from the University of South Florida. She has choreographed multiple floor routines and has been editing music for USAG elite gymnasts since 2006. Missy is a dance instructor in the KMC and is Gymfinity’s Team Dance and Flexibility Specialist.
Sarah grew up in Shelbyville, Indiana, where she competed as a gymnast from 1998 to 2008 through level 9. She has coached gymnastics and track at a competitive level since 2004. Sarah received her bachelors in Dietetics from Indiana State University in 2012 and her master’s in Nutrition from Meredith College in 2014. She is a registered dietitian. Outside of the gym, she enjoys traveling, snowboarding, cooking, and hiking with her dog. Sarah‘s passion has always been gymnastics, and it has helped to mold her into the person she is today. She is excited to be coaching at Gymfinity so that she can have a positive influence on Gymfinity athletes in the same way that her own coaches helped her.
Moon Walkers Director, Developmental Coach
Courtney grew up in Littleton, Colorado, and received her Bachelor’s degree in Child Development with a minor in Psychology, and her Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Alaska. She enjoys athletics and has participated in gymnastics, soccer, ballet, and competitive swimming throughout her life. She finished her swimming career at the University of Alaska, Fairbanks, and stayed involved with the swimming program there as a coach. Courtney’s husband is a Civil Engineering Officer in the Air Force. They have two daughters, and together have traveled all over the world. After having their daughters, Courtney refocused on her fitness and began Crossfit in 2012. She is certified as a Crossfit Level 1 Trainer, Crossfit Gymnastics Trainer, and a Crossfit Kids Trainer. She is also a certified Lifeguard. She has been coaching youth swimming for more than 10 years, and Crossfit for three years. Combining the roles of teacher and coach, Courtney has found her passion lies in giving children the tools they need to succeed in developing a lifelong love of fitness and athletics.
Kim’s passion for gymnastics began at age 5, and she continued competing until she was 17. She married her high school sweetheart in 2006, has two children, and has had a variety of professions throughout her travels including Cosmetic Dentistry Assistance and Cosmetology. Her positive attitude and desire to learn, combined with her love of fitness and nutrition, and of course children, has led to her adventures in coaching. Kim is excited to share her passion for gymnastics and overall health with the developmental athletes at Gymfinity!
Whitney competed as a gymnast for 8 years in California where she grew up. Since beginning coaching gymnastics in 2013, she has coached in three different gyms with levels ranging from preschool to high school gymnastics. She has her bachelor’s of science in Health Science and is currently working towards her Master’s in Public Health. When she’s not coaching, Whitney enjoys outdoor activities like camping, hiking, and rock climbing, as well as spending time with her husband and son, Felix, who was born in January of 2018. She’s excited to be back in the gym coaching and hopes that by working at Gymfinity, she can encourage kids and grown ups alike to be active and explore their abilities.
Chloe was born in Oklahoma, but claims Alabama, where her family lives, as home. Germany is her third country to live in with her family, and she is excited to be in Europe, where she can continue to fulfill her love for travel, exploration, and learning about different cultures. Her love for gymnastics started in preschool gymnastics classes, which led to her being a gymnast and cheerleader for 5 years. When she’s not coaching, she enjoys photography and continuing her dedication to fitness by hiking, swimming, and working out at the gym. She will be attending Troy University next year, and is thrilled to be coaching at Gymfinity until then, so that she can help students develop a love for gymnastics the way that she did!
Meagan is seasoned in child development, with a degree in Early Childhood Education from Becker College, and experience working as an educator in the Massachusetts public school system, and being a dedicated nanny for 10 years. She loves performing, and was a dancer with a background in tap, jazz, ballet, and musical theater. Meagan is a mother of two Gymfinity athletes, wife to a Marine, and a fitness enthusiast who loves running, hiking, and exploring Europe with her family and labradoodle. Meagan is excited for the opportunity to be a role model and positive influence for the athletes at Gymfinity, helping them grow in their love for fitness and gymnastics in a fun, positive environment.

Saskia was born and raised in East Germany. After school, she worked as a Laboratory Technician in Chemistry for the University of Würzburg and Frankfurt Höchst until she met her husband and relocated to the Kaiserslautern area. She worked for the University of Kaiserslautern as a Laboratory Technician and that is where the journey as a military family began. Saskia is a military spouse and mother of two. Her husband was reassigned to sunny California in 2011, where Saskia was hired as a resident specialist at the privatized housing office providing customer service to service members and families. She gained valuable customer service experience and learned about the military lifestyle, deployments and unique situations military families face. Saskia has both an Associate in Math and a B.S. in Investigative Forensics with a Minor in Biology. Both of her daughters are gymnasts and brought her close to the sport of Gymnastics. After her family moved back to Germany, Saskia started coaching beginning gymnastics at TSG Grünstadt. Saskia assists with registration and administrative duties at Gymfinity, and helps to provide a family atmosphere.
Chelsea is a Radiology Tech from Indiana, who is pursuing her personal trainer certification while living in Germany. She was a hockey coach and skating instructor, and enjoys hiking with her husband and two dogs, Boris and Trixie Belle. Chelsea has a passion for health and fitness and hopes to grow with the athletes and families at Gymfinity, while instilling the same passion in them!
Katie is originally from New York, but her heart lies in Tennessee. She is a mother of three and is currently pursuing her BA in Business Administration. She loves to travel and go camping with her family. Her daughter loves gymnastics and is an athlete at Gymfinity, and Katie loves to share gym time with her. She is excited to work at Gymfinity to gain experience in her career field towards a management position, build relationships with coworkers and customers, and enjoy being part of the Gymfinity Family!
