Developmental Coach / Preschool Instructor

Our coaches are responsible for teaching foundational gymnastics, fostering a love of the sport, and growing lifelong teamwork and positive character life skills in beginner athletes, by leading, demonstrating, and physically spotting athletes through shapes and skills while creating a fun, enthusiastic, and motivating environment.

Qualifications: 
  • Love to work with children.
  • Experience as a gymnast and/or coach, with a desire to continue growing in the sport.
  • High energy, detail oriented, and able to participate as part of a team in a family environment.
  • Passion for gymnastics, health, and fitness with a commitment to teaching future generations the same.
  • Willing to complete background screening and extensive training.

Cleaning & Facility Upkeep

Our cleaning staff is responsible for cleaning, stocking and supplying facility areas, performing and documenting routine inspection and maintenance activities, as well as cleaning special equipment (gymnastics mats, flooring, trampolines, etc.), disinfecting, event preparation, and assigned special projects.

Qualifications: 
  • Thorough and detail-oriented, with fantastic organization skills.
  • Enjoy cleaning and working independently.
  • High energy, detail oriented, and able to participate as part of a team in a family environment.
  • Willing to complete background screening.

Fit & Fun Manager

  • Part time position with advancement opportunities
  • Fluent English required

Our Fit & Fun Manager is responsible for staffing, organization, and managing operational and administrative functions for fitness programs and events. This manager provides leadership, motivation, direction, and support to the staff team, as well as ensures a quality experience for athletes and their families, while growing the program with enthusiasm and professionalism. Regular event responsibilities include leading and directing birthday parties, open gyms, parent’s night out, camps, facility rentals, and recurring classes and clinics.

Qualifications: 
  • Love to work with adults and children.
  • Fantastic communication and organization skills.
  • Management experience.
  • Ability to work three weekends per month, and some evenings.
  • High energy, enthusiastic, detail oriented, and able to participate as part of a team in a family environment.
  • Passion for health and fitness with a commitment to teaching future generations the same.
  • Willing to complete background screening, extensive training, and commitment to a minimum two-year contract.
